OIV and CUG: first experiences about the investigation on the organizational wellness in ISPRA
The Legislative Decree 150/2009 provides that an independent body (OIV) must realize annually surveys on employees, aimed at detecting the level of organizational well-being, the degree of sharing of the evaluation system and the evaluation of the immediate superior. The Unique Guarantee Committee for equal opportunities, enhancement of the welfare and anti-discrimination (CUG), a body established by Article 21 of Law 183/2010, has a proactive and consultative role, operating in conjunction with the National Councillor on matters within its competence. To ensure a systematic approach organizational well-being topic in the Institute, the OIV has enabled, for the realization of a first survey on the organizational well-being in ISPRA, a collaboration with the CUG, which has participated in all experimentation stages, including the final day of presentation of the results.
During this day, in accordance with ISPRA's transparency policies, the results of the testing phase will be presented and the program for the surveying of this year will be decided.
