The ISPRA project 'Environmental miniature' is linked with 2 subjects : energy and mobility. The publications related to the project are supports that aims to provide a working-tool for public administrators and technicians. In this context, ISPRA has published the book "The lighting in urban areas", which develops technical and fundamental scientific topics. Particular attention concerns light pollution, energy efficiency, lighting systems, regulatory and legislative system, the incentive system and funding.
