ISPRA participates to the BASE project (Bottom-up Climate Adaptation Strategy for a Sustainable Europe)
The BASE project is a project funded in the frame of the Seventh Framework Program of the European Union. In order to produce a coherent integration of adaptation policies in the institutional policies of the member countries, the project aims to improve the knowledge of strategies, costs and impacts of adaptation to climate change by reducing the gap between economic evaluations top-down and bottom-up coming from the case studies carried out within the project.
