ISPRA presents the photographic book “Deep colors of the Mediterranean” during the pre-campaign of the the Marine Military Ship Palinuro.

In the whole of the Institutional cooperation between ISPRA and Marine Military, the Institute will participate to some initiatives produced by pre-campaign of the School Ship Palinuro. In one of these events, at Civitavecchia port, ISPRA will present the photographic book  “Deep colors of the Mediterranean” by Marco Pisapia and Michela Angiolillo, with the photos of Simonepietro Canese The publication “Deep colors of the Mediterranean” is the result of a selection of photographic material collected by ISPRA in more than 50 oceanographic campaigns and almost 900 dives to depths, with sophisticated wire-guided robot, ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) capable of capturing images, videos and small samples of living organisms.
