Life Master Adapt: published the guidelines for the strategies of climate change adapting
The Life MASTER ADAPT Project, a project co-funded by the EC LIFE Program, aims to develop an operational methodology for Regions, metropolitan cities and city consortia, to support these urban areas in elaborate their plans and programs to adapt to climate change as a key element in their land.
The project aims to support policies at local level to combat climate change, and for this purpose, Guidelines for regional strategies for adaptation to climate change have been produced within the Project, structured in two parts:
• a guide for the drafting and implementation of a regional strategy for adapting to climate change;
• the illustration of the methods and tools most effective for the development and implementation of the strategy.
