ISPRA received at the Vatican
This morning the President Stefano Laporta and Riccardo De Lauretis of ISPRA, together with Alessandro Modiano del Mite, were received in the Vatican by Archbishop Msgr.Paul Richard Gallagher, Secretary for Relations with States, and by Cardinal Fernando Vérgez Alzaga, President of the Governorate of the Vatican City State.
The meeting was also attended by Francesco Di Nitto, Italian Ambassador to the Vatican
The Holy See wanted to thank ISPRA and Mite for their support to the Vatican City State in the process of accession to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change: a fundamental element in the global strategy for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and for the commitments reduction under the Paris Agreement.
