About 7.5 nautical miles from Sciacca, last March 17, during the acquisition of acoustic data with a Side Scan Sonar, which give images of the seabed, the marine geology group of the University of Palermo detected a submerged body: the acoustic image displayed on the monitor showed a shape similar to an aircraft wreck, about 20 meters long
