Globalization: an increase of biological invasion in future
New study on biological invasion
December 28 It will be necessary decades to understand totally the consequences of the current socio-economic development on the increase of the biological invasion. A new study carried out about 10 taxonomic groups and 28 European countries on the biological invasion shows that this invasions is more related than past with the socio-economic conditions . These results obtained by 16 reserchears, which ISPRA's expert Mr. Piero Genovesi, have been recently published on the important magazine Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS).
