8 march The Ministry of the Environment, Land and Sea has issued the Circular of 2 March 2011 that provides operational guidance relating to the completion of the annual reporting requirements set out in Law 70/94, DPCM 27 April 2010 and Ministerial Decree of 17 December 2009, as amended by Ministerial Decree of 22 December 2010.
