ISPRA and UBA: Bilateral meeting on Environment

12 September Held today on September 8, the bilateral meeting between ISPRA and the German Federal Environmental Agency (UBA) resulted in a fruitful exchange of experiences on their respective roles and activities at national and regional levels, including the implementation of European Directives such as the Sea Directive, Emissions Trading, REACH. Prof. Flasbarth, UBA President, has shown the results of a recent study on scenarios for achieving the energy targets in Germany by 2050, through the use of renewable energy, with benefits for the environment and employment (650,000 new jobs already by 2020).
