Green paper: common strategic framework for the financing of research and innovation of the European Union

The presentation of the Green Paper aims at launching a debate on
future EU funding programs, which will be focused on the priorities
of Europe 2020, covering social issues and key technologies,
facilitating collaborative research and research promoted by the
industry.
