Fourth meeting of the Italian-Swiss Commission for Cooperation in Nuclear Safety (CIS)

The Fourth meeting of the Italian-Swiss Commission for Cooperation in Nuclear Safety (CIS) it is taking place in these days  (6-8 July 2015) in Brugg, at the headquarters of the Authority of Nuclear Security of the Swiss Federation (ENSI).

The General Director of ISPRA Stefano Laporta and the Director of ENSI Hans Wanner are participating at the meeting, together with officials of the Nuclear, Technological and Industrial Risk Department of the Institute and of the Swiss Inspectorate.

The cooperation themes faced are related to the aspects of emergency management, radioactive waste and the "decommissioning" of nuclear facilities.
