The conference is organized by CONISMA (National
Consortium for inter-universitarian marine science research) in
collaboration with the Ministry of Environment, the Institute for
the Protection and Environmental Research (Ispra), the General
Command of the Port Captain's Offices, the Navy Hydrographic
Institute (IIM) and MAREVIVO environmentalist group. It offers the
opportunity to identify and verify the knowledge about our seas for
a complete, updated and coordinated study on the Adriatic
and the Ionian Seas, the Strict of Sicily Sea, the Tyrrhenian,
the Sardinian and Ligurian Seas.
