Third World Forum on Landslides

The Third World Forum on Landslides was held in Beijing and open by DG of UNESCO Irina Bokova and the Chinese Vice Minister of the Ministry of Environment.

Within the event the International Consortium on Landslide elected Vice President of the consortium for other three years Claudio Margottini, ISPRA’s geologist. This second term confirms the excellent work carried  out and the active collaboration of ISPRA.

At the same forum was then credited the PETRA as project activities demonstration of  the International Program on Landslides.
