Guidelines to identify areas subject to drought phenomena

The guidelines aims to provide a technical-scientific support to Authorities responsible to identify areas subject to drought, such as Regions and Basin Authorities and the ‘National Committee for prevention Drought an Desertification’, as a tool for the updating of the National Action Plan. The document is based also on the experiences and projects carried out during past years.
