Indication for the accreditation of the acute toxicity test with Daphnia Magna

The document, developed in the framework of the Collaboration Agreement between ISPRA and ACCREDIA, aims to provide operational indications for conducting the assay with Daphnia magna in compliance with the UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard and the ACCREDIA requirements. The manual represents a useful tool for those laboratories that following the indications of the most recent national and European regulations, intend to accredit one of the ecotoxicological test among the more widespread to evaluate the effects of pollution on environmental matrices.
