EMAS and perfomance indicators in the sector of production of energy from renewable sources

The aim of this technical report has been to carry out a survey on the use of environmental core indicators adopted by Italian EMAS-registered organizations that generate electricity by using  renewable energy sources. The survey has been performed through analysis of Environmental Statements of the sample in order to assess the use of core indicators provided in Annex IV of Regulation (EC) 1221/09. The presence of further specific key indicators has been investigated.
