Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan for the Italian Emission Inventory. Year 2011

This document summarizes the specific Quality Assurance (QA) Quality Control (QC) activities and different verification procedures which have been implemented thoroughly the 2011 inventory compilation as part of the estimation process.
In addition to a description of the current activities applied and of the documentation, archiving and reporting process, a specific section illustrates the main findings and recommendations of the latest centralised review process of the 2010 inventory submissions, which took place in September 2010, together with the response and actions undertaken by the inventory team.
Further improvements and planned QA activities for the next years are also presented.
