IPBES invites experts in the relationship between zoonoses and biodiversity to submit their candidature for the preparation of an international scientific report
Anne Larigauderie, responsible for the Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES), has sent a letter to governments and stakeholders to appoint experts to participate in a workshop - which it will take place remotely on a virtual platform from 27 to 31 July - with the aim of producing a report, by September 2020, on the relationships between pandemics and the decline in biodiversity and actions to prevent future outbreaks
The Candidates in possession of the requirements required in the letter cited above, are invited to fill in the application form and attach their curriculum vitae and by June 2020 send to:

The ISPRA representatives who act as the national focal point of IPBES will manage the approval and presentation of the applications received for their observation to the IPBES secretariat.
