Cohabit the Adriatic Sea - Innovation and cooperation for a shared approach to resources

ISPRA will participates in the conference dedicated to environmental and fisheries issues entitled "Cohabit the Adriatic Sea Innovation and cooperation for a shared approach to resources” organized by Maritime Direction of Venice,  in collaboration with Padova University, Venice University and ISPRA. The conference will analyze both the value and the opportunities offered by the collaboration between scientific, institutional, social and economic areas for shared management of marine resources. During the event, examples of good and practices already applied in the Adriatic Sea on beached subject of protected species and on other important issues related to fishing will be presented. In particular ISPRA will focus on the experiences of collaboration with the fishing sector in the management of resources and on the problem of marine waste during the European projects GAP1, GAP2, DeFishGear and ML-REPAIR. The presence of the academic and university world but also of institutional institutions, associations, territorial administrations and local stakeholders.
