Guidelines for the testing of noise abatement plans effectiveness for linear transport infrastructures The Guidelines set out a methodology to carry out noise abatement plans for linear transport infrastructures.

The main steps of the activity are displayed in order to verify sound levels, identify the exceedances of limit values and the areas to be restored, to assess the number of the exposed persons, as well as to define priority and mitigation measures to be implemented.
