The pandemic has stopped the process of sustainable development in Europe, showing the social, economic and environmental weaknesses of our societies.
For this reason, it must be ensured that considerations are included in the recovery plans to strengthen resilience in the face of future shocks, and that there is an awareness that there is no return to business as usual. With this in mind, the United Nations 2030 Agenda, agreed by 193 countries, can be used as a road map to establish the medium-long term goals to aspire to.
