The Inter-university Center of Technology and Chemistry of the
Environment of the Faculty of Engineering, is organizing the 2nd
International Conference on Remediation of Contaminated Sites
(BOSICON 2009), to be held at the Aula Magna of the University of
Rome La Sapienza. The conference will be structured according to
three main lines of debate, which respectively cover the
characterization of sites and analysis of risk, the design of
interventions and implementation of remediation.
Each of these issues will be addressed specifically by:
- marine sediments and freshwater;
- soils and ground water;
- resigned industrial areas.
