Legal base of treatment

In accordance with art. 6 of the EU Regulation, the conditions of lawfulness for the processing of your personal data are the following:

- the processing of the data referred to in letters a) and b) of the previous par. 4 voluntarily conferred by interested parties is necessary in order to be able to respond to your request to participate in the individual Ispra event and, at the same time, to pursue the public interest tasks with which the Holder of the treatment is invested (art.6, paragraph 1, letter e of the GDPR), in particular, of the institutional tasks of scientific disclosure also aimed at promoting knowledge of the legislation on environmental protection and research (see, in particular, art.57, paragraph 1, letter b) and ), of the EU Regulation.

- the processing of the images referred to in letters c) and d)of the previous Paragraph 4 is carried out on the basis of the explicit consent of the interested party;
