Ispra, in the quality of data protection officer, collects your personal data through the registration form for the single event that you have filled in and send through the institutional website.

The processing of your personal data is carried out, both on paper and electronically, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness and correctness referred to in art. 5 of the GDPR and in such a way as to guarantee the confidentiality and security of information.

Ispra undertakes to ensure that the information and data collected and used are adequate, relevant and limited, even during the storage time, to what is necessary with respect to the processing purposes described above, and that your personal data are processed in such a way as to guarantee the security of the same, also through adequate and effective technical and organizational measures implemented by the Holder, in compliance with the Accountability principle prescribed by the new EU Regulation, which avoid the risk of loss, unauthorized access, illicit use and dissemination of the same.
