Geological map of Italy in scale 1:50.000. CARG project

The environmental protection and the search of geo-resources are the main objectives of the Department of Soil / Geological Survey of Italy APAT. A strong contribution to the achievement of these goals is certainly given by the implementation of a detailed and targetedgeological mapping and : it is in this context that places the project for the construction of the new geological map of Italy scale 1:50.000, called "Project CARG ".
