Analysis of traffic and users of the ISPRA website

This publication analyzes and summarizes data related to statistics access to the ISPRA website and some services on-line.The first two chapters present the methodology used for the collection, processing and analysis of data concerning the overall traffic of the website .

The third chapter identifies the preferences concerning browsing and interests of users, while the fourth chapter shows the results of the analysis of  data relating to some services offered by the ISPRA website, included also collected with a survey carried out periodically through a questionnaire. The last part of  the publication is a summary of result aimed at provide a description of the ‘ISPRA user’ and draw action lines for the future
