New Directive 2014/52/EU on Environmental Impact Assessment (Published in G.U.U.E. April 25, 2014, n.L 124)

ISPRA produced two documents of analysis:
1) "Analysis of the new Directive 2014/52/EU EIA", describing the important changes of the Directive and the reasons of the changes;
2) "A table to compare Directive 2011/92/EU and Directive 2014/52/EU", with a comparison of the two texts (articles and annexes) that identifies the changes made by the new directive, within the existing EU guidelines on VIA.
