Covenant of Mayors: Agenda 21 Instructions for Use
Actions that local authorities must take to be in line with the European Union

For many local authorities it is still difficult to understand
how to act effectively not only to sign the Covenant of Mayors, but
above all to meet the requirements expected by the EU.
The conference, organized by Agenda 21, which will take place on
April 2 in Modena, is intended to provide guidance and useful
elements, starting from the analysis of the technical and
economical investment opportunities, especially for small and
medium sized municipalities. Among the speakers, Silvia Brini
(ISPRA) who will talk about the support provided by the agencies
network to the urban environment quality.
