Within the program of Earth observation of the European Union Copernicus (known until 2008 as GMES - Global Monitoring for Environment and Security), designed to monitor land, sea and the atmosphere by the use of satellite data integrated with the data in-situ, will be held next September 18 the Conference "Copernicus for the environment and safety: from research to operational services”.
