The City of Orvieto will sponsors a meeting from 10 to 11 December between experts involved in the program for the Protection of the Cultural Landscape and Archaeological Remains of the Bamiyan Valley in Afghanistan, belonging to the heritage of humanity and promoted by UNESCO, ISPRA and Italian and Afghanistan governments.
At the meeting will partecipate experts from the International Coordinating Committee (including the Environment Councillor of Orvieto Mr. Claudio Margottini and also ISPRA’s expert).
The purpose of the meeting is the programming and planning of protection of cultural heritage of Afghanistan in 2014.
