Published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 190

Ministerial Memorandum 4 August 2008 of the Ministry for the Environment, Land and Sea was published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale (the Italian official source of the rules in force)  n. 190 of 14 August 2008. It gives effect to the Directive 2003/4/EC on public access to environmental data, and repeals Decree n.39/1997 on freedom of access to the information on the environment (Directive 90/313/EEC).
It was also set up a form attached to the Memorandum, that Public Authorities are required to send to the Ministry for the Environment, Land and Sea, filled up with data relating to environmental data access requests.
