Management of ecologically and functionally connected areas

The initiative “ecological network”, activated by APAT, is a study of the knowledge of natural habitats of wild flora and fauna, which aims to recognise territorial scenarios based on the relationship between ecosystems. The guidelines, the result of a study started in 1996, offer practical indications, helpful for territorial policies, on topics such as conservation and diffused naturalness.
