Multifunctionality of the agricultural enterprises and environmental sustainability

The recent report of the European Commission for Agriculture and Rural Development on the future of the common agricultural policy after 2013 has fully recognized the multifunctional role of farmers in providing public goods and preserve our environment.
This technical report addresses the issues of multi-functionality of the farm in relation to environmental sustainability and aims to provide knowledge, information and guidance in order to guarantee the environmental sustainability of rural enterprises.
