Water, Climate and Health: from the environmental protection of resources, to access to water, to safe use (ACeS)
With a directorial decree of 20 January 2023, the PNC-Water, Climate and Health project was financed by the Ministry of Health: from the environmental protection of resources, to access to water, to safety of use (ACeS), whose leader is the Abruzzo Region and ISPRA an operational unit.
On 10 February 2023, a preliminary meeting of the Operating Units participating in the project was held in Rome, in the Marotta hall of the Istituto Superiore di Sanità: ISPRA, ISS, IZS_Abruzzo and Molise, ARPAE and ARS Toscana (UO).
The object of the meeting was the planning between the OUs of the activities necessary to achieve the general objective of the project, i.e. create a synergy between environmental and health experts, in order to guarantee the safe and sustainable use and reuse of waters, the safety of water for recreational purposes and for any other intended human use
