Third Benchmarking Report - Comparison among environmental agencies

The Third Benchmarking Report is the product of the third edition of the project realised with a new emphasis, due to the entrance of the southern ARPA in the group. The third benchmarking project, which is an occasion of aggregation, confrontation and discussion among the ARPA, represents the first attempt to create a system of professionalism, through the establishment of interagency working tables for specific themes: Activities and functions, Organization and personnel, Planning and Control Systems, Management Control, Essential Levels of Environmental Protection.
