Consultation on the implementation of EMAS in Italy

 

The report is a summary of a detailed analytical work conducted by the Environmental Certification Interdipartimental Service in occasion of a formative internship in ISPRA during the first semester of 2008. The survey aimed to analyze the growth of EMAS certifications in the last years, trying to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the Italian system and the perspective of companies and local administrations that have acceded " .
