Technical manual for operators of continuous monitoring of emissions into the atmosphere (EMS) - 2012 Edition
Continuous monitoring of emissions subject to the criteria provided for in Annex VI to Part V of Legislative Decree 152/06, is an obligation that now plays an increasingly important role in the management of industrial plants.
To this end, the European Union has introduced a number of technical rules of considerable importance, the proper application of which is essential for a modern and efficient management, from the point of view of environmental industrial management.
The purpose of this document is to provide a guideline in order to implement a proper management of Emission Monitoring Systems (EMS), through the application of the UNI EN 14181:2005 standard.
The implementation is achieved by applying a model of Manual (MG) of the EMS installed at plants subject to continuous monitoring, and proposing a compilation guide. The document has been recently updated.
