IPPC - Integrated Pollution Prevention - the minimum content of the monitoring and controlling plan

The paper is a contribution of the Environmental Agencies System, through a permanent group of consultation, intended to provide to all the stakeholders interested in the implementation of Directive 96/61/EC (IPPC), the procedure of release of the Integrated Environmental Authorization (AIA) to the main industrial activities.
