Cycles of Production and business environmental accounting

This work was born as part of the activities of the "National Working Group APAT-ARPA Analysis for the productive sector", created in 1997 with the aim of developing an environmetal approach to the analysis of technologies and industrial activities, enabling to identify the environmental problems of production cycles.
After the publication of a first work "Methods for environmental analysis of production cycles", focused on physical budgets of each stage of the production cycle, this paper addresses the problems associated with cash balances of the same stages of production and in the whole cycle. The goal is to develop a first tool for the Agency System and businesses, that can be used to assess the environmental impact of production activities.
