ISPRA joins the European Geosciences Union Congress
ISPRA has participated at the Congress of the European Geosciences Union in Vienna, a European meeting of researchers on earth sciences, in which the progress of two ongoing projects on soil was presented.

The first project, Newlife4drylands, dedicated to the integrated monitoring of degraded Mediterranean areas, with six pilot cases in Italy, Spain and Greece and with an in-depth study on the use of indicators derived from earth observation data.
The second project presented was “EJP SOIL SERENA – Soil Ecosystem seRvices and soil threats modElling aNd mApping”, funded under the H2020 research calls of the European EJP SOIL programme. The project, launched in November 2021, aims to improve the effectiveness of European environmental policies.
An important part of the project is the involvement of stakeholders to whom the poster relating to the action of co-creation of scenarios for European soils is dedicated.
