Balmas Infoday is an event promoted by ISPRA to present the activities carried out under the Balmas project, financed by the EU Structural Funds (Bando IPA Adriatic Strategic Project).
The Focus of Balmas is the Water t ballast Management from ships in the Adriatic. The event is aimed at local stakeholders to focus on the work done until to date and to face this important issue such as the transfer of harmful organisms and pathogens through ships' ballast water. At the conclusion of the event it would shown a docu-movie produced by ISPRA.
