International nuclear cooperation, EU-Iran seminar in Brussels

With an intervention dedicated to the management of security and radioactive waste in Italy, ISIN (National Inspectorate for Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection) participates in the third seminar between the European Union and Iran on "International nuclear cooperation: results and perspectives ", organized by the European Commission and ongoing in Brussels (26-27 November 2018). During the seminar, Iranian and European officials are discussing the status and prospects of nuclear cooperation in the framework of the agreement signed in 2015. Particular emphasis is given to mechanisms for the international review of nuclear facilities safety and radioactive waste management , International Conventions and collaborative projects on the subject between the European Union and IRAN.
