The workshop is organized by Project ATHENA of Imaa-Cnr, Ibam-Cnr, German Space Agency (DLR) and Cipro University.

The different presentations and the final discussion will provide a general frame on the status of art, the use and technical potentiality of remote sensing to study past event and to monitoring cultural heritage in extra-European regions. An Ispra expert will particpate at the event.
