Hydrogeological and Forestry Constraint 1923-2023: application, management, prevention: state of the art and future prospects
The Hydrogeological Constraint, established with the R.D.L. 30 December 1923 n. 3267 (also known as the Serpieri Law) and the subsequent implementing regulation R.D. 1126/1926, have as their main purpose that of preserving the woods and mountainous and hilly territories to prevent forms of land use that could lead to erosive phenomena and loss of stability
