Gamma Network : automatic network of environmental radiological monitoring for early warning and control of radioactive fallout. Edition 2013
The Ispra, according to Art. 123 of Decree 230/95, which provides the establishment of Cevad, has set up a monitoring network radiometric to provide real-time to Cevad the situation of environmental radioactivity throughout the country.
The monitoring gamma network consists of 61 stations that measure automatically and continues the gamma quantity in the air (kerma), distributed throughout the whole national territory.
This report provides the status of the monitoring network in 2013 with tabs inclusive of maps and images, lists of stations and the values measured during the entire calendar year together with an analysis of the data provided.
