The activity of waste recovery with simplified procedures. Preliminary report.

The report describes the reference outline of the norm regarding waste, on a European and national level, with regards to the application of simplified procedures for non-dangerous waste recovery, according to the Ministerial Decree, dated the 5th February 1998.
