Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan for the Italian Emission Inventory. Year 2010
The document describes the activities of Quality Assurance and Quality Control and verification applied to the estimation methods and values of the national inventory of emissions reported in 2010 under the Framework Convention on Climate Change United Nations (UNFCCC), the mechanism Monitoring of Greenhouse Gases in the European Union and the Kyoto Protocol.
In addition in the document are listed the methods of documentation and archiving of official communications of data as well as the results of the verification processes which apply to the inventory by the UNFCCC Secretariat, the answers to any questions and changes.
Finally, we present the improvements planned for the inventory both globally and in the specificity of some emission sources
