The First Report on the statistical analysis of user of ISPRA web site, analyzes qualitatively and quantitatively the statistics of access to the site, with the general objective to characterize the type of public that access to the services offered and the environmental information requested.
The Portal ISPRA, point of reference of the national framework of Institutional public communication regarding the protection and conservation of the environment, over the years has expanded the services offered to administrations, experts and citizens.
In 2011, ISPRA site has been visited by 1.140.000 users whose 524.000 unique visitors. During the year 2012 5.074.000 pages were visited, with an average of 4 pages view for visitor. The 83, 5% of visitors connecting from Italy.
