XI Report on Urban Environment Quality - 2015 edition

This is the 11th edition of the Report on Urban Environmental Quality. Produced through the work of the whole National System for Environmental Protection (ISPRA/ARPA/APPA), it has become over the years a reference for professionals, local administrators and other users, thanks to the various experts’ analysis and evaluations of  the data presented.
The 2015 edition of the Report contains a set of environmental indicators that every year are reviewed, updated and enriched for the analysis of the environmental quality of the cities and that contribute to the evaluation of the quality of life in major Italian urban areas.
In this edition 12 new cities are included. The municipalities analyzed are in total 85 and include most of the provincial capitals with a population over 40,000 inhabitants and all the capitals of the Italian regions.
The topics treated are: soil and territory, urban nature, waste, water, air quality, transport and mobility, noise exposure, actions and tools for local sustainability.
